In a lovely area with great parks nearby. Good access to metro stations. The apartment was very nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The staff were helpful and responded very quickly on WhatsApp. Checking in and out was easy and it was great to have the luggage store. Highly recommend.

The apartment is very nice and very well organised, good value for money. I liked that the bed is to fold and it is very easy to open and close but also super comfortable, it has a very good mattress and pillows and can be left open as it doesn't take a lot of space, the room is big enough. Despite the apartment is a studio, there is all you may need for your stay, a nice corridor, a closet, safety box, nice furniture and all equipment in the kitchen. All is very well kept and brand new. You will find a kit for cleaning also the soap for the washing machine which is also a drier.

The apartment was perfect, clean, comfortable and fully equipped. We travelled with two small children and we found everything we needed. The location is perfect, near metro, shops, plenty of restaurants and cultural spots. Easy check in, many options to acquire other services, overall wonderful stay.

Location is not center but everything is on walking distance like 20-30 min. Apartment is very clean, a lot of room, well equipped with everything you need, specially kitchen. There is even washing machine and cleaning kit so you are all set. Beds are comfortable and there is no traffic noise (we were on 3rd floor) so you can get rest. You should know that you need a bit of tech knowledge - you need to check in by your self. You need to fill forms, passport details, take pictures of your passport, make a selfie and finally install their app in order to get a key. It is worth effort but at the beginning might look frustrating.

Very nice, clean and spacious rooms, kitchenette is a bonus. Son was at the Atletico Madrid match, so we were looking for something near metro line 7. Carrefour is right around the corner, the location is very safe. The hotel exceeded our expectations, it is definitely 4 stars. Self check in is nice, as is luggage storage. We just didn't know how to turn on the air conditioning, but that was our fault. I give 100 points out of ten 😊 Uber to the airport cost about 15 €

Modern decor, clean, convenient check in and check out, free luggage lockers for last day while waiting for flight, easy 2-3 streets walk to subway and busses, lots of restaurants and a supermarket close by. Good wifi. Clear instructions for sofabed, internet, checkin etc, everything very clear and easy.

The place is very well located, the facilities are very comfy, it is very clean, it has 2 elevators, so you don't have to wait long, it's very easy to have access via the facility app.

Location is good，chamberi is a nice、safe area in madrid. Staffs are nice，they are always online if you need any help. Also the clean set to be ready in the kitchen，that is so sweet.

Perfect location, outside the center of Madrid but very well connected. The area had its own life as well, with plenty of restaurants and bar open until late. The room was exactly as shown in the photos. The check-in was quite convenient.
